After over a hundred years of environmentally detrimental obstruction, the Jones River is finally flowing freely again underneath the Elm Street Bridge! In celebration of this event, the Jones River Watershed Association would like to welcome our dedicated herring counters, volunteers, and other sustaining members to the Jones River Landing on Sunday, October 27th for an afternoon potluck.

We will provide the basics, but please bring what you can to share and celebrate this great accomplishment. A slideshow of the construction project will be running, in case you missed out on watching the project unfold – and as an added bonus for attendance, the Jones River Watershed Association has a big surprise to be announced at the potluck!
