The Cape Downwinders and Mass Downwinders held a rally at Pilgrim’s Gate on Sunday, April 9th to protest the last refueling of Pilgrim’s reactor. Refueling will only allow Pilgrim to continue limping along until the scheduled shutdown date in 2019.
